Learn how to change your billing info, download an invoice or receipt, or cancel your subscription.

Manage Your Subscription

TradeMemoir uses Stripe to manage subscriptions and handle billing.

To manage your subscription, navigate to the Settings section in the side menu and click on the "Subscription" tab. Press afterwards the "Manage your subscription" button. This will open Stripe to manage your subscription.

Change Your Payment Method

In the overview under the payment method section, your payment method can be changed. This will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Change Your Billing Information

At the Billing information section, you can change your billing information. The supplied name and address will be used to reflect on your invoices.

Download Invoices

Under the invocie history section, previous invoices can be viewed and downloaded as PDFs.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, press the "Cancel subscription" button. After confirming cancellation, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the existing cycle.
